Whether it's bridging the gap between HR hires or upskilling your current team, our retained service gives you reliable, on-call support under a fixed monthly fee, all guided by a clear and agreed plan.

This service is charged at an hourly rate.
A pre-determine the fee calculated based on a sliding scale using the salary range for the role.
The fee will be paid in thirds:
The fee is determined as a percentage of the placed candidate's salary.
There is an administration fee of $1,325 payable upfront, the balance calculated once the contract is signed and payable within 7 days of the successful candidate being placed.
This will be a pre-determined fee based on a sliding scale.
The first role will be full fee with a 25% discount being applied to each additional role being recruited concurrently.
For more than 4 roles (group) a larger discount will be discussed based on individual circumstances.
We offer training courses to managers and business owners on how to make the most of each crucial step in the process of growing your team. (Other custom HR Training is available based on the needs of your team.)
This session includes a live training, industry specific examples and a best practice guide. We can also provide templates for a standardised process and recommend the right types of interview questions and pre-screening tools.
