Our Founder & Her Mission
Esteé brings over 15 years of commercial experience across a range of industries including start-ups, professional services, manufacturing, mining services and real estate.
With a background spanning business operations, finance and leadership advisory, she worked closely with leaders at all levels and repeatedly saw the impact that unclear, inconsistent or reactive people decisions had on teams and businesses. That insight shaped a deliberate move toward more specialised, people-centred advisory - focused on supporting the full employee lifecycle, not just isolated HR issues.
Her advisory work is centred on people & culture, employee relations, investigations and HR advisory, partnering with SMEs and founder-led businesses as a specialist and fractional HR advisor.
Having worked across both South Africa and Australia, Esteé brings a grounded, pragmatic perspective and a calm, structured approach to people decision-making - particularly where matters are sensitive or high-risk.

Specialist & High-Risk HR Support
Structured support for complex, sensitive or time-critical matters
Ideal where issues are already underway or risk is heightened.
Includes:
- workplace investigations and complaints handling
- disciplinary, show cause and termination processes
- complex employee relations matters
- sensitive or regulator-adjacent situations
Engagement: Project-based or short-term
Best for: Businesses needing calm, defensible guidance when it matters most
Full Suite Recruitment Service
Fixed Fee
A pre-determined fee calculated on a sliding scale.
The fee will be paid in thirds:
- First third paid prior to commencement;
- Second third paid when candidates are shortlisted for interview;
- Last third paid upon placement of a successful candidate.
% of Salary Fee
The fee is determined as a percentage of the placed candidate's salary.
There is an administration fee of $1,325 payable upfront, the balance calculated once the contract is signed and payable within 7 days of the successful candidate being placed.
Multiple Role/Group Recruitment
This will be a pre-determined fee based on a sliding scale.
The first role will be full fee with a 25% discount being applied to each additional role being recruited concurrently.
For more than 4 roles (group) a larger discount will be discussed based on individual circumstances.
